Что может быть? Перезагрузка принтера не помогла, как рекомендовано HP.

You are probably looking at replacing the service station.
If you're firmware is less than 2.05, you will need to upgrade, due to a design change in the service station.
Parts and diagrams can be obtained at partsurfer.hp.com.

If the 21:10 error appears after the carriage belt to be replaced, the carriage assy is probably damaged and it is the cause of this error.
21:10 indicate the replace of the service station, but this error is caused by the carriage assy.
