На новом цветном копире перодически высвечивается ошибка 49.ХХХ.
Кто может помочь? Вообще где можно найти мануал на него?

Critical firmware error

49.XXYY Printer error

Description

The printer is experiencing a communication issue.

NOTE: Most 49 errors are not caused by printer hardware and are communication, file or application related.

Action

Powercycle the printer (turn it off then back on).

If this message persists after powercycling the printer, contact HP support for further assistance. If the error continues, call HP for technical support to troubleshoot the problem. Click here for information on contacting HP Customer Care.

49.4C02 error

Description

This error has been associated with paper jams.

Action

Check the Event Log for evidence of 13.xx paper jams preceding the 49.4c02 error.

NOTE: The Event Log can be either printed or viewed from the control panel of the printer. Go to the Diagnostics menu option and either Print the Event Log or Show Event Log to view it on the control panel display. If the printer is currently experiencing a paper jam condition then it will not be possible to print the Event Log until the jam is cleared.
Carefully check the entire paper path for any stuck media from a paper jam, make sure all the doors are shut properly.
Powercycle the printer (turn it off then back on).
