Если есть программатор - быстрее и проще воспользоваться им.
Если нету - указано выше (про нормальную прошивку).

КРУМ? С листа отчета расходки. А зачем вам в данном случае КРУМ? До него еще далеко... В любом (!) случае сначала заливать оригинал.
